Pastoral Theology Faculty - Part-Time Position

Atlantic School of Theology is hiring a limited part-time appointment in Pastoral Theology. This half-time appointment includes the role of Acting Coordinator of Contextual Education including AST’s Summer Distance Program. Contextual Education encompasses the practicum courses required for all degree programs at AST. These courses require students to work or volunteer in various congregational and ministry sites. The coordinator is responsible for working with students, supervisors, and placements. The Summer Distance MDiv primarily prepares candidates for ministry in the United Church of Canada. Students from Anglican and United Church of Christ have also been enrolled. Familiarity with one of these denominations will be an asset.

General Maintenance Worker

The General Maintenance Worker performs regular, routine and special duties in the areas of housekeeping, maintenance and grounds for the Atlantic School of Theology.  In doing so the General Maintenance Worker must be able to work unsupervised and maintain a high degree of work ethic to ensure the university campus is kept in a safe, clean and meticulous fashion.
